Lots of flares missing, no alarms

Compared to the flare predictions on CalSky, a lot of flares are missing, even very bright ones.
This seems to be a problem with HeavensAbove, from which the app gets its data, but anyway.
The app should also support alarms, so that flares are not missed.

Another cool feature (hope someones reading this), if it automatically used local weather info, e.g. to supress alarms if it is cloudy.
